PTA COMMITTEE

Functions and Responsibilities:

• The committee stands for academic support, welfare initiatives, financial management and maintaining harmonious relations.
• It improves standards by suggesting ways to raise academic standards and improving teaching methods.
• Hold meetings to discuss student performance and address challenges and also support student amenities, provide scholarships, and impart life skill training.
• Manage association funds for academic activities, scholarships and collect funds from members, benefactors and institutions.
• Foster better understanding and communication between parents, teachers and students.
• Represents the collective voice of parents on campus issues like safety and quality of education.
• Propose amendments to rules and frame new ones and maintain records, minutes and reports.
