As part of Field trip ,the students of First year D.Pharm of Indira Gandhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Perumbavoor were given a chance to visit the exhibition conducted by Aromatic Plant Research Institute ,Odakkali Perumbavoor on the occasion of Platinum Jubilee and Farm Day celebration on 07-01-2026. The students were accompanied by Mrs. Divya Rajan, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Pharmacology and P R Aleena, Lecturer, Dept. of Pharmacognosy.

The students got a chance to experience different herbal medicinal plants and their morphology which improved the understanding beyond textbooks and inspired an interest in natural products among students.
